Like many, my fitness journey started with good intentions but took a challenging turn. In 2016, during a phase of strict dieting and over-exercising, I developed binge eating disorder and an all-consuming obsession with food. What started as a desire to be healthier turned into a vicious cycle of restriction, guilt, and shame that took years to break.
Determined to understand my body and heal my relationship with food, I became a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor, later pursuing a Bachelor of Exercise & Nutrition Science at UQ. Through education and experience, I learned that food isn’t just fuel—it’s about performance, enjoyment, and long-term health. Now in my final year of studies, I focus on helping others fuel smarter, train with purpose, and ditch the diet mentality for good.
Beyond coaching, I’ve worked with fitness and nutrition brands on recipe development and performance-based nutrition, aligning with my mission to help people move beyond dieting and start eating in a way that truly supports their goals.
